Moffat Mountain Rescue Team is holding its annual challenge walk day on June 13.

The event will raise money for the team and for participants’ charities.

Walks are designed to allow participation by people of all ages and abilities (one is a guided walk, the others marked). All walks will be supervised by Moffat Mountain Rescue Team.

Participants pay an entry fee and agree to raise a small sum in sponsorship for the MRT. All other sponsorship you raise can be donated to any charity you choose. All participants will receive a commemorative T-shirt and will be provided with transport between Moffat and the start and end of their walk, as well as refreshment at the finish.

Remember to stay for the barbecue after the walk!
