The Big Ramble will be taking place on the 1st and 2nd October in conjunction with Ireland's national trails day.

The festival is held in Dunfanaghy and will display some of county Donegal's best views from the sea to the mountains. The walks will cater for all levels and abilities and will include walks up Muckish Mountain and the Horn Head Loop. Local walkers with extensive knowledge of the area will guide the walks.

There will also be a bbq and evening entertainment in the local bars with traditional Irish music and ceilidh dancing.
