GO Outdoors has launched a significant management recruitment drive in order to cater for its forthcoming new store openings.
The UK’s fastest growing outdoor retailer currently has 19 stores and is targeting a total of 30 within two years – with more to after that. The next new GO Outdoors store will open in March in Clydebank near Glasgow, with four more store openings to be announced in February.
Having already created more than 500 new roles and opened nine new outdoor superstores throughout the country since September 2008, GO Outdoors is now seeking more than 30 new store managers over the next two to three years, and 150 store management and warehousing team roles in total.
Operations director Lee Bagnall commented: “Throughout the country we are growing at a massive rate. And we need exceptional personnel to help us drive the business forward. We are building a hugely-talented retail team and the best outdoor retail experience in the country. And we want to hear from people who want to be a part of it.
